Split chiller composition
A split chiller consists of an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, which are installed indoors and outdoors, respectively, and are cooling water circulation equipment connected by pipes and wires in the middle. The indoor unit mainly includes the evaporator, temperature display controller, water storage tank, and circulating water pump. The outdoor unit mainly includes a refrigeration compressor, a fin type, and a heat dissipation fan.
Main features of split chiller
1. Split structure: Due to the innovative split structure, the noisy compressor and axial fan, and the indoor chilled water circulation part are placed in two boxes, and the noisy compressor and axial fan are installed in the outdoor chassis. The indoor unit is lined with silencer materials, so the noise is greatly reduced compared to the integrated chiller.
2. Simple control: The refrigeration system is controlled by a microcomputer, and the temperature of the outlet water can be adjusted and controlled in the laboratory, which is simple and convenient to operate.
3. The noise is very small: it can be lower than 40-50dB, and the outdoor unit noise is 60 dB- 70 dB.
4. Complete protection devices: phase loss protection, reverse protection, compressor overload protection, fan overload protection, water pump overload protection, system high and low pressure protection, leakage protection, water shortage prompt, compressor anti-frequent start protection, and other devices. 5.
The temperature adjustment range is 5℃ to 30℃, and the water flow can be adjusted according to actual needs.

7. Pipe material: All pipes are made of 304 stainless steel.
8. Special space-saving design. The thickness of the outdoor unit below 30 kW is only 390mm. It can be directly installed on the balcony, roof, or ground without a machine room, which can save space. The indoor unit has two types of standard and non-standard units for free selection.
9. The evaporator adopts a high-efficiency plate heat exchanger, which reduces the size of the unit, improves the heat exchange efficiency of the unit, and improves the COP value.

Split chiller features
1. Advanced refrigeration technology, stable quality, divided into indoor unit and outdoor unit.
2. Adopting advanced temperature controller, digital display, simple operation, high temperature control accuracy, self-diagnosis of faults and storage of historical data faults. No less than 10 groups of system parameter switching display, to understand the system operation status at any time;

Precautions for usage
1. Do not use corrosive liquids with this machine:
2. The connected power supply type is consistent with the product nameplate
3. Make sure the water level is higher than the coil
4. The water level is higher than the top of the coil to avoid insufficient heat exchange.
5. To keep the equipment working properly, there must be a ventilation space of more than 50MM at the air inlet and outlet of the equipment, and no debris, garbage, etc. are allowed to block the air inlet and outlet.
